If you are charged with a fifth DUI/OVI in a 20 year period, you will be listed in the habitual offenders' registry. The registry is a public record with an internet database that lists your name, date of birth, home address, and convictions. You will remain in the registry until you no longer have 5 previous convictions within the past 20 years.
