Knowledgeable and passionate, Tim is focused on obtaining the most desirable outcome for each of his clients. He is intimately familiar with the intricacies of divorces, dissolutions, and child custody matters, and is particularly knowledgeable regarding the issues, obligations, and entitlements that are involved in family law cases with military servicemembers. Tim has successfully negotiated favorable outcomes for numerous family law clients in Montgomery County, Greene County, Clark County, Dark County, Preble County, and Hamilton County.
Prior to joining L. Patrick Mulligan & Associates, LLC, in 2022, Tim spent two years working at a domestic relations firm specializing in military divorces, dissolutions, and child custody issues where he earned a reputation for his knowledge and candor, as well as the high quality of his work. Before practicing in domestic relations and juvenile law, Tim worked as a Contracting and National Security Auditor for the Government Accountability Office at Wright Patterson Air Force Base.
While in law school, Tim clerked for the Greene County Juvenile Court, Montgomery County Public Defender, and the military justice wing of the Judge Advocate General Corps at Wright Patterson Air Force Base and represented clients on behalf of the Federal Public Defender through the Ohio Certified Legal Intern Program.
Tim earned a law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2018 and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Macroeconomics from Wright State University in 2015.
His zeal for his clients and drive to ensure that they receive the best achievable outcome are evident in all areas of his practice.
