Brandon Moermond joined L. Patrick Mulligan & Associates, LLC in 2018.
Prior to working for our firm, Brandon worked at the Montgomery County
Prosecutor’s Office where he successfully prosecuted over 200 felony
cases. Brandon worked in multiple divisions of the prosecutor’s
office including felony, juvenile, and child protection. Before this,
Brandon worked as a Contract Specialist for the Wright Patterson Air Force
Base. Brandon has experience in criminal law, juvenile law, child custody,
civil law, and contract law.
Brandon earned his law degree from the University of Akron School of Law,
where he interned with the City of Stow’s Law Department, the Summit
County Prosecutor’s Office, and Ohio’s Ninth District Court
of Appeals. Brandon also worked for Akron’s small business clinic,
civil litigation clinic, and competed in moot court and mock trial competitions.
He was an assistant editor for Akron’s Law Review and earned Cali
awards for Remedies and Advanced Legal Applications. Brandon also earned
a master’s degree in business administration from Akron’s
College of Business and a bachelor’s in marketing from Kent State
Brandon has tried numerous felony cases to both bench and jury and would
bring his experience to assist you during this difficult time.
